Great place, friendly staff, a family of Emus, pool, BBQ and really interesting surroundings on the old army base which is now a bit of a ghost town. Bonus that it's close to some of the best beaches ever. Highly recommended.
Really nice room and the staff were very helpful and friendly. It can feel a little isolated at night, but it is fine if you drive carefully back from town. On the plus side it is closer to the beaches and coral!!
The converted officers quarters work well as hotel rooms but leave the breakfast room a bit cramped. The room was clean and recently renovated. The location isn't great, but it's fairly close to town and they offer a shuttle service.
