Very clean. Staff is very kind. Breafast was very good.
The hotel is falling apart. Everything looks completely abandoned. The workers mostly don't care, they are more worried with their other businesses in the region. Only good thing is the location, but still it is on top of a bar that has extremely loud music, don't stay during the weekend!
Overall, our stay at Sea House Hotel was a disappointing experience. Firstly, the positives are that the hotel is located in the centre of Agva and very close to the beach and restaurants. The room was clean enough, the bed was very comfortable and the air-conditioner worked well. The negatives are that it is impossible to sleep more than 6 hours at night, because there is loud music coming from 'Lokma Cafe' directly opposite the hotel until 01:00 (isn't it illegal to play loud music after 00:00 midnight?). Then, from 07:00 or 07:30 in the morning, the employees of Migros Jet are constantly talking loudly, shouting and laughing just below the window of the room! I wasn't sure whether they were working or having an early morning party. Also, a couple of things which need attention in the room are the radiator (it looked very dirty and needs painting), and the shower (there was no shelf to put soap or shampoo, etc, and the shower holder was broken and unusable). In addition, there was no internet in the building on the second day of our stay. I would not stay here again, but the main reason for this is the excessive noise at unsuitable hours.
