Sea Level Hotel

Our stay at Sea Level Hotel in Polychrono was absolutely perfect from start to finish. This is now my favorite place in Greece — not only for the beautiful location, spotless facilities, and comfortable accommodations, but above all for the incredible people who work here. Savvas at reception was exceptional — so kind, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. From giving directions to assisting with every detail, he made us feel truly cared for. Teri, the waiter who mostly served at the beach area, was amazing. He took such great care of us every day — always smiling, always respectful, and making sure we had everything we needed. Florian was another highlight of our stay. He went out of his way to help us find the activities we were looking for, recommended the best dishes, and served us with such warmth, respect, and great attitude. A person with a big heart! Alex was also fantastic — attentive, friendly, and always ensuring we had a wonderful dining experience. Honestly, every single staff member we met was amazing, even if I haven’t mentioned all their names here. The service, cleanliness, and attention to detail at Sea Level Hotel are unmatched. We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, it felt more like a warm, welcoming home. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Our room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and extremely comfortable — every detail seemed thoughtfully designed to create a restful space. Room service was top-notch; everything we ordered was promptly delivered, beautifully presented, and delicious. The beach service deserves special mention. Terry, who was clearly managing a busy area, was always friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. His positive attitude and excellent service made our beach days even more enjoyable. Although the pool was on the smaller side, it was perfect for a relaxing dip and never felt crowded. The surrounding area was peaceful and well-maintained, ideal for lounging and soaking up the sun. The hotel restaurant was another highlight. It offered a quiet, serene setting with a great selection of delicious food and drinks. Every meal we had there was excellent, and the staff were equally professional and friendly. Overall, this was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable stays we’ve had. The combination of outstanding service, comfortable accommodations, and a home-like atmosphere makes this hotel a true gem. We can’t wait to return!

I had an amazing experience at Sea Level Hotel in Polychrono! From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding — I was welcomed with a complimentary drink and even got a free room upgrade. The rooms were well-maintained, clean, and very comfortable. The front desk staff were always friendly, greeting me each morning and asking about my day when I returned — it made the whole stay feel personal and warm. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options: Greek, American, and British-style dishes. Plus, they provided a complimentary bottle of water every day, which was a nice touch. The hotel’s restaurant is top notch — great vibes, a stunning sea view, and fantastic food. As a bonus, there’s a well-equipped fitness studio with a Smith machine and dumbbells up to 25kg — perfect for keeping up with workouts while traveling. All in all, I had an incredible stay. As a solo traveler, I never felt alone — the hospitality truly made it feel like home. They have four stars in their logo, but honestly, it should be five.
