The room was too small, it was clean but a double bed room not quadruple room as sold. Service was great, everyone was very friendly. Facilities weren't available, gym, sauna, spa was closed despite paying the price and expecting so. Beach was great and clean. I will recommend but do not expect a regular 4 stars hotel, it is a good 3 stars.
Hotel is good, rooms very clean, personnel very nice. Neighbour hotels are in competition who can make the most terrible noise. Volume is extreme, sounds are terrible. Normal conversation not possible. I’m not coming back here, because of the noise on the beach
The no hotel: - no it is not possible to have a late check out, not even at an additional payment. The only way you can leave the room after 10.30(!) in the morning is if you pay an additional night. Late check out is never possible, even if the hotels occupation is really low.. - no, we can not cancel your reservation without a 100% cancelation fee of you do not agree with that, even of it is still 3 days before arrival… - no, you can not use the beach beds who are completely ready and set up besides the pool. The pool only opens in june, and even if you do not want to get in the pool, you still can not use the beach beds. - no you can not order food in our restaurant, we only serve breakfast untill june. Never have seen such unflexible and unfriendly working in the hospitality business. Avoid this hotel as you are not considered a client herr, merely a wallet with leggs
