Very nice flat we enjoyed alot clean amd perfect view 👌
I had a terrible experience at this hotel. I booked a room for 37 Lari via Booking.com, but upon arrival, I was forced to pay 45 Lari under the threat of being evicted and having my reservation canceled. I had no choice but to comply. To make things worse, after I paid, they lowered the price on Booking.com to 10 Lari, which is far less than what I was charged. I asked for a receipt, which I kept as proof of this situation. The staff even tampered with my review on Booking.com by manipulating one of my evaluations to give themselves a perfect score of 10. This likely happened when they asked to see my phone for the reservation. Fortunately, my other review, where I rated them 1, was not affected. This place is a scam, and their behavior endangers the trust and safety of their guests. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.
