Sea View Apartments Olimp Avenue Hotels

The apartment we stayed in was located on the 12th floor with a panoramic view on the sea , it was blissfull to wake up to that every morning or to keep the window open and fall asleep with the sea sounds. The property was nicely furnished , king size bed and extensible sofa in the living room, nice plush carpets and the mattress and pillows were extra comfy. AC in both rooms. The complex had its own swimming pool and a convenience store was across the street. Acces based on codes so no need to worry about lost keys. The lady responsible with the property was very responsive to all of our queries. Would highly recommend.

we liked our double room a lot, it was very clean and nicely decorated, i even had a little "makeup table" with a mirror. the bathroom is quite small but works and it's clean, it doesn't have soap on the sink, but we got two little shampoos, two little soaps and two silicone sponges for shoes (in the room). the sheets smell so clean, we also had a smart tv and a little fridge and AC. we also had a reserved parking spot. the host was also very cooperative and nice and we had the luck to checkin earlier. we will surely come back here again

I had an awful experience with their service. The room was not cleaned properly, a strong smell of sewage in the bathroom, cold water to shower with. Poor customer service. Had to wait for almost half an hour to get called from their staff to unlock the room as the locking system was not functioning properly. Asked for my room to be cleaned properly in the morning, promised that someone will come and fix the problem but at 12:30 PM no one came. A wall power socket and a switch were not working at all. Paid RON 1400 for 2 nights to get 2 star hotel comfort.
