We had a wonderful experience at the Resort. It was our son’s birthday and the staff made him feel so special from the moment we checked in and even gave him a cute little gift. The food options and amenities are awesome. Great place to stay with or without kids, but we found it to be super family friendly. Buffet breakfast is a great addition too.
We stayed there for 5 nights.It was one of the best stays in GC. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the service was top notch. Rooms were quite spacious and the room service was great. Staff was very friendly and attentive. From the check-in to check out it was a smooth journey. Direct access to the Sea World which was a bonus. We haven't used the pool due to bit of cold weather. But given the winter it wasn't missed. But the pool area was great. Would like to thank all the staff for your great service and keep it up.
We had a great time on our family holiday to Sea World Resort. Once we arrived, we only hopped into the car to go to the other theme parks. There were enough decent options for food that we didn't feel as though we needed to venture far, though on nights the Shoreline buffet isn't open, it can be harder to find a table at the other restaurants (but take-away or room service still options). Plenty of things to keep the kids busy on non theme park days. Grateful for how kid friendly it is, given our lot are still learning how to navigate eating out and interacting with lots of people. Would definitely come back.
