Sea Ya Family Surf Houses

To my good fortune, Sea'ya was home for 2.5 months of EU lockdown and I could not have been anywhere better. Each villa was immaculately equipped and decorated to the utmost comfort. The weekly cleaning was generous and always spotlessly done. Good quality bed and bedding, outdoor area, BBQ grill ready-to-use, just - perfect. Not to mention the villas are situated right by the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, which was a frequent indulgence for me. Stay long enough and you'll experience Antonio and Maria directly at a more personable level. Really, really good.

Best stay near Guincho Beach! I stayed at Sea’ Ya for two month with my little daughter (2 years) and we had a perfect stay. For children the accommodation is perfect. We even borrowed a car seat and many children's stuff from Maria and Antonio. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed and there was a great arrival package with lots of goodies. Whenever we needed help from our host's they were immediately there to provide us with everything. The stay felt like we were staying with friends and we will definitely be back. Nice spacious house with everything needed for a family of five and relatively close to great beaches and a shop around the corner to get your necessary errands. House needs some renovation as mold is clearly visible upstairs and kitchen falls a bit apart. Service asks through WhatsApp is nicely arranged and communicates easily. However if there is a promise as we had two separate requests on soap which was empty and two lacking beach towels unfortunately never arrived. Nevertheless we had a very nice stay at the location.
