We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! It’s incredibly beautiful and comfortable. We stayed here back in 2023 and loved it so much that we decided to return again this year. It was the right decision! The memories we’ve made here will stay with us forever. The service is top-notch, and everything is so well organized. A special thank you goes to the entertainment team — they made a huge impact on our experience. The contests, games, dancing, and stage performances were all fantastic. You are truly the best entertainment team out there!

An exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel was truly impressive – spacious, luxurious, and exceptionally comfortable. The variety and quality of food exceeded expectations, with options to satisfy even the most refined tastes. A wide range of attractions and activities kept us engaged throughout our stay, and the large pool area was perfect for both relaxation and leisure. The staff were professional, attentive, and always courteous. I’ve invested significantly in many high-end vacations, and I can confidently say this one was worth every penny. Highly recommended for those who expect the best.

The hotel looks nice on the outside, and the rooms are clean. The housekeeping staff are kind and do their job well—even though they don’t speak English, they try hard to understand you. However, that’s about the only positive thing I can say. During our stay, both my 2-year-old son and I developed strange, itchy spots on our bodies. I’m not sure if it was just our room, but it was very concerning. The service in the hotel is terrible. The staff are rude, forget your orders, or bring you something completely different than what you asked for. There’s a wide selection of food, but none of it has any flavor—you’ll need to add salt to everything just to make it edible. The night buffet is a joke; it’s basically leftovers from earlier in the day. When I brought up my concerns to the manager, I was told, “If you don’t like it, you can find a different hotel.” Very unprofessional and dismissive. I’ve been to Turkey before and had good experiences, but this hotel left such a bad impression that I won’t be coming back to Turkey again
