We had excellent experience with this hotel. Rooms are clean, food is for everybody’s taste, but very important thing to mark is the staff. So pleasant people, always smiling, they work day and night and they were at service for everything we needed. I want to thank the receptionist Ramadan, he was extremely polite and made our last day at this hotel very pleasant. With smile, he made possible that everything we needed our last day we get. Also, Mahmoud at the beach, very good man that made our staying pleasant and without any stress. We are very thankful to all the personnel for everything they did for us, so we had excellent experience at this hotel. Reception is great!!!

The staff were exceptionally polite, helpful, and always available — whether at the reception, in the restaurant, or at the spa. The rooms were spacious, perfectly equipped, and cleaned thoroughly every day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. Additional amenities like a coffee machine, minibar, and a set of toiletries only enhanced the sense of luxury. Breakfast and dinner served in the hotel restaurant were top-notch — a wide selection of dishes, fresh ingredients, and perfect presentation.
