Seahorse Beach Bungalows

We had a great stay here! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach. The room was super clean, beautifully maintained, and honestly one of the most comfortable we’ve stayed in, really cozy and well put together. It’s a self-service hotel, and while we had a small hiccup getting the access code, the owner was incredibly kind and went out of her way to help us in the afternoon, even though the website said support was only available until 3. Her kindness really made a difference. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

It is nit like one of the regular hotels you would book. No front desk. Communication with text. The room was clean with very good smell. Nice decore. Location was great with two beach accesses within in 2 minutes walk. I couldn’t find shampoo in the room and there was no one to get from. Different experience which I liked.

I can only speak to the lack of service I experienced when booking a room at this hotel on the same night I was to stay there. The website accepted my payment and instructed me whom to call, text, and email. I received no response using all of these communication types, and there is no office on site at the hotel. No instructions on how to get a key nor an access code were given by the automated emails I received. I was now obligated to drive nearly 2 hours home at night rather than having a lovely getaway with my family. The next business day I received a far less than professional email from this entity. This is the direct copy and paste of the response: Florida dream realty group Inc., (hotel's management company) (Sir, I understand your concern, but I was informed that you were able to stay at the hotel this past weekend. I appreciate your understanding, and if you have any questions, I’ll be happy to assist you through this channel.) I replied to this email informing of the unnecessary hardship faced due to their absence of communication. No reply. They certainly charged my credit card the full amount for that night. -As charming as this little hotel appears, it sad that their management is completely lacking in all areas of communication and common courtesy. Beware not to book last minute at this hotel.
