Disappointing Resort Experience – Not Worth the Price I recently stayed at this resort for a 3-day, 2-night package that cost nearly 4 million VND, and unfortunately, it was a deeply disappointing experience. The room was old and poorly maintained. The floor looked worn-out and tired, and there was a strong musty smell upon entering. The bathroom was dirty, especially the toilet with stained rims. The water temperature was impossible to control — it was either scalding hot or freezing cold. To make matters worse, the drain was clogged and didn't flow properly. The balcony door was broken, difficult to open or lock. Even if it worked, it wouldn't matter — the balcony had no view at all, only a plain wall from the adjacent resort. The air conditioner was outdated and emitted a damp, unpleasant odor while running. The ceiling fan couldn't be adjusted — it either ran at full blast or was off entirely, and it made loud noises when operating. As for entertainment, the TV had no internet access and only offered a few basic channels — very disappointing. At night, there was a karaoke group singing loudly, which completely ruined the relaxing atmosphere. What’s worse, the resort sends out a notice asking for permission to be noisy when there’s a large group, but small groups like ours get scolded for any small noise. That double standard was extremely frustrating. The buffet breakfast was bland and uninspiring, and the lunch food was poorly cooked and barely edible. Overall, this resort did not live up to any expectations of a relaxing getaway. For the price we paid, it was absolutely not worth it. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely Disappointing Stay! I would give zero stars if I could. The hotel management was extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. They allowed guests to sing karaoke loudly until midnight, completely ignoring the need for peace and quiet. It was impossible to sleep due to the noise and disturbance. This is not how a hotel should operate — especially one that claims to value guest experience. I strongly do not recommend this place if you’re looking for rest or relaxation.

Unfortunately, my experience at the resort was disappointing. The wooden flooring in the room was quite old, and the balcony had noticeable bird droppings, which affected the overall cleanliness. The room was equipped with a standard TV, not a smart TV, which was inconvenient. Additionally, it was quite noisy during the night, making it difficult to rest.
