Our stay at this hotel was absolutely outstanding! From the very first moments, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always smiling and ready to fulfill any request. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, with extremely comfortable beds – perfect for complete relaxation. The food was simply fantastic, not only the breakfast but also every meal we had – fresh, delicious, and varied. The entertainment and animations were another highlight, full of energy and fun, making every evening special. The hotel is also in a great location – close to tourist attractions, yet in a peaceful setting. The whole atmosphere makes you feel at home. Wonderful hotel and amazing experience with Emel! The hotel was fantastic and made our stay truly special. On top of that, we had a real favorite moment thanks to Emel, the hotel’s photographer. She’s incredibly kind, professional, and made us feel so comfortable—especially with our baby. The photos are stunning, top quality, and full of emotion. Discrimination towards disability. Not true- they were told on second day to come back the third day. Hotel says they offered disabled room the next day- not true. My parents went in reception and they were told to come back again the next day. So no, on second day they were told to wait another day. Under Law No. 5378 on Disabled People, hotels are required to provide accessible rooms. Refusing this is a violation of legal rights.
