It was an awesome stay in this hotel. We were 5 persons all enjoyed it here. The rooms are very good and clean. The staff are so kind and friendly. The food quality is excellent. The pools are clean and big. The beach of hotel is so good,you can swim there easily. Animation team is very nice,they do their best for you to have so much fun,night animations are very enjoying,Sinan is so kind he always smile and make you feel great
Rooms as basic but clean and spacious Location is beautiful in terms of beach location but nothing around outside of the hotel. The hotel is spotless every where. Service as been spot on. Animation team are great and friendly and lots of activities during the day for example ping pong, darts, balls. Night time entertainment isn't great and kids of all ages are bored. Bingo, karaoke and quiz are not good sources of entertainment. The 2 best shows was the Mongolian dance show and Zimbabwe dancers was absolutely amazing but on the other days, there needs to be more entertainment for children of all ages.
We are just back from a week and had a great stay the animation team where amazing lovely to speak to and great with the kids but I am so disappointed with some of the other staff members particularly the female bar staff, I have never encountered such rude behaviour because they couldn’t understand what I was asking for in English which was a bottle of water, for a 5 star tourist hotel the bar staff know very little or no English at all and the way a particular bar staff treated me was disgraceful she then remembered my face and proceeded to clearly talk about me any time i approached the bar rolling her eyes making comments to other staff members who all then looked at me and started laughing making me feel really uncomfortable to the point I had to send my partner to the bar when I seen her serving which is not what you want to feel like when your paying a fortune for a family holiday. The first time when she aggressively said bottle of water in Turkish and slammed it on the bar I thought maybe she was having a stressful night but to proceed to remember my face and treat me the same way everytime I was served by her throughout the week is honestly so disrespectful and rude! a few times she ignored me all together and proceeded to serve people behind me and then when they said no she’s first she rolled her eyes and just stared at me with a dirty look on her face! Totally unacceptable behaviour and really put a damper on what was a lovely stay at the hotel. As I said animation team staff where amazing cleaners also very lovely even tho there was a language Barrier always smiling and very friendly and always did something cute with the kids teddies in the bed after cleaning the room which I thought was a lovely touch. Unfortunately due to being made feel the way I did and being treated so poorly all week by particular female bar staff we will not be back which is disappointing as other than this we had a lovely stay. I think some staff training is in order on how to treat customers who save all year to have a week or two away with their family! Food was a great selection every night & kids could go and get ice cream on tap which they loved and always something fun to do at the pool throughout the day the man who did the pool Zumba was amazing and so lovely and entertainment at night was great. Would also like to add not once but twice when we where leaving the hotel at night we asked the reception staff to call us a taxi and we where told no problem and to wait outside for it, both times they forgot to call one and after waiting for over 15 minutes outside we had to go back in to tell staff it hadn’t arrived and then they had a giggle and picked up the phone to call one as they had forgot the first time! No apology or anything and it was like they found it funny as they were laughing amongst themselves when I had to remind them. So disappointed
