Me, my husband and son, and 2 of our friends returned home yesterday from 2 weeks at this hotel. It's a very nice hotel, it was very clean (always seeing staff going round cleaning). The room was cleaned everyday. The food was okay for me personally, some days I didn't eat much as I didn't like most of the things being served, but I understood that they were not catering for only me. Some of the bar staff are very friendly, some not so much. But I do think they need more training on how to make cocktails because if you ordered the same drink again and again it was always different and some tasted disgusting, some were lovely. The pool was absolutely freezing when we arrived, it warmed up slightly towards the end of the holiday, I went in the pool 2 times in 2 weeks. There is an indoor heated pool but I didnt want to go in there. The entertainment team were the best, Mazlum, Yalçin and Beste made the holiday enjoyable for us, all day everyday they would seek us out and just sit and talk to us, we had some great laughs together. They definitely need a bigger budget though, maybe some more entertainment staff too, as they weren't able to do loads of activities (I understand it was very early in the season but we wanted to do more). But they definitely made our holiday. All in all it was a very good holiday, the only thing I will mention is it is a very very popular hotel for Germans. We were the only English people there for the whole 2 weeks. We did manage to talk to some of the Germans but not alot. But it was a good holiday.

Hotel is spotless and the housekeeping team work really well the mini bar in the room is filled every day. The food is great for a all inclusive hotel with a lot of choices and the entertainment team work really hard to keep the atmosphere good especially Mazlum who could not do enough for us while we was there he was truly amazing. The only let downs was the swimming pool was cold but we did stay just before the season started so I guess when the season is in full swing the pool will be warmer.and the cocktail are not that great you can get the same cocktail 10 times and ever one will be different but would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a great get away

There are bedbugs, and the food is downright terrible. The pool area is a battle for survival—you can’t get a sunbed because people start reserving them at 4 in the morning, even though the hotel rules clearly state that this is not allowed. But people do it anyway, and even when you bring it to the hotel’s attention, they do nothing about it. The staff are extremely rude.
