The view restaurant is stunning food and service perfect. Beautiful location. Bar down stairs great. Fantastic place . Staff very attentive. Great food and drink please try folks. A west coast gem on the Clyde.
Stains on carpet in bedroom, fan was very dirty, obviously hadn’t been cleaned for months. Room on road so very noisy if we opened window. Would have liked to as very warm and stuffy. Breakfast was very very poor. Had to continually ask for restocks. Not the waitresses fault as she was the only one serving. No marmalade and it originated in Scotland. No fresh fruit (well apples). At a cost of £209 a night l expect good fresh fruit. Would not stay again. Did get a £50 reduction. Would have expected more had a manager been around.
