We stayed at the hotel Seana for two weeks. Our room was on the 12th floor, 1201. The staff showed the best side possible. They were very welcoming, friendly, polite and helpful in all matters. The room was beautiful and clean. Cleaning was done daily, the cleaners were also very kind and attentive. The pool on the 21st floor is small, but clean and nice, we relaxed in it several times. As for some of the shortcomings that other guests described, there is indeed a Catholic church nearby, but the sounds did not disturb our sleep. We just closed the window and turned on the air conditioner. Otherwise, everything was fine. There could be problems with the Internet, but we contacted the staff, and they quickly fixed them. My husband and I had a good time and thank the Seana hotel for our vacation! 💛🥰
Have been there for about 2 weeks. Location is perfect for having different meals - tasty and price is not so high. Especially would like to thank the staff. Always welcoming kind guys. Found my credit card on the way to the airport and arranged it’s delivery to me. They need a raise for sure!
I originally booked this place for one month and ended up staying for three — which says a lot. However, this is my honest review of the experience. Month 1 – Wonderful Stay Our first month was amazing. We were genuinely impressed by the hotel, its services, quality of the room and especially the staff. As long-stay guests, we needed a little adjustment with the cleaning schedule, but the team quickly adapted and respected our preferences, always asking if we needed anything. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh, Asian-style dishes — not your typical European or South American spread, but delicious nonetheless. Month 2 – Noticeable Decline Encouraged by our positive experience, we decided to extend. Unfortunately, during the second month, we began to notice a drop in quality. Breakfast became repetitive, and although we didn’t raise any complaints, the change was clear. Despite this, the staff continued doing their best to deliver good service. Month 3 – Disappointing By the third month, things had taken a significant downturn. Management had changed, which likely explained the disorganization and decline in service standards. Several staff members had been dismissed without replacements, leading to issues in housekeeping, breakfast, and general operations. At times, no food was available during breakfast hours, the area became chaotic, and it was evident that the remaining staff were overwhelmed — literally running to keep up. Final Thoughts I truly hope the hotel can regroup and return to the high standards we experienced in our first month. Reviews like mine are likely to become more common unless improvements are made. That said, I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the staff. They were kind, accommodating, and went above and beyond. Many became friends I still keep in touch with regularly.
