Seaport Hotel Boston

This is a great hotel if you are staying in Boston. Clean, large rooms and great amenities. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Have us cold water on check in (was a sweltering hot day when we arrived). I got my head a couple of times on the shower cubicle (as I’m so tall). I mentioned this on checkout and they gave us free breakfast which was a classy touch. Pool was a great temperature, decor a little smeared but was great to be able to have a dip after 5 hours of travel. Close to south train station and great Harbourside location. We would definitely stay here again on a return to Boston. Breakfast buffet was very well serviced. Good coffee, eggs Benedict waffles pancakes and an array of hot food choices. Thanks for a great stay.

This was a 5⭐️ hotel at a 3⭐️ price The location is perfect from parking to water front to shopping to eating locations! The room was spacious and ours came with a view. The front end staff was OUTSTANDING Alberto(outside attendant) was welcoming every time we entered and even gave us a second umbrella when we were exciting in the pouring rain! Breannan and Gigi(front desk) were efficient, helpful and knowledgeable Outstanding employees at a great hotel IMHO

Seamless Comfort with Stunning Views From the moment I arrived, the Seaport Hotel exceeded expectations. Early check-in was a breeze—such a relief after traveling—and the complimentary water bottles were a thoughtful, refreshing touch. But the real showstopper was the breathtaking view of the port from my room. Watching the boats drift by and the harbor lights at night made the whole experience feel calm and luxurious. Friendly service, cozy vibes, and that view? Perfection. Highly recommended for a serene Boston stay!
