The rooms were exceptionally clean. It was probably one of the cleanest I’ve experienced, and I typically stay at 4-star or higher properties. Although this is a pet-friendly hotel, there was no sign or scent of previous pets. My husband, who is highly allergic to dog dander, had no issues at all. Our poodle was also warmly welcomed, with a dog bed and bowls ready upon arrival. The staff were all wonderful, especially Chris, the lobby attendant. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful, offering assistance before we even had to ask. The location is excellent, with great spots like Flour Bakery just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the neighborhood. Overall, I highly recommend staying here for both comfort and service.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The room was spotless and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable right away. The location is super central—perfect for exploring the city and getting around easily. What really stood out was the service: the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available when needed. They made everything smooth and stress-free. And the bed? So comfortable! I had some of the best sleep I’ve had in a while, which is always a big plus when traveling. Overall, a perfect stay. Exceptional service! The staff is genuinely nice and cares about you. Some touches that were really appreciated was free unlimited boxed water at reception, Nespresso machine in the room, front desk support also available by text. Very clean, quiet and comfortable hotel. Close to public transport and walkable to everything! Would 100% stay here again.
