Season Star Hotel

I stayed there on the 20th and it was really good experience. The rooms are spacious clean with vey big and good bathroom and5 star-hotel vibes. The receptionist is quite helpful. The hotel offers Sahoor as I stayed in Ramdan and has a free shuttle services that takes the guests and brings them back form Haram with specific time schedule. As for the location, I found it in avery good location as it's only 5- 10 mins away from Haram depending on the traffic conditions. Another plus goes for the price, which I found good in comparison to the services, hygiene and other hotels with a similar quality in a similar spot. Definitely recommend it.

Really enjoyed staying at season star, the hotel was nice and clean. They had a good breakfast service. I would say the shuttle service needs to be increased, especially when coming back from the masjid. Due to that the location wasn't super ideal but still really good value. Staff was super helpful

The hotel seemed nice at first but right before checkout,they charged us 300 sar for "property damage". They provided no evidence and didn't even show us the bedsheet that was "damaged". Even the manager wasn't well aware of the situation since he thought that we were informed of this before but we weren't. They charged us but refused to show or handover the bed cover. Also,they did all this right before checkout which caused much inconvenience. Very unprofessional staff and totally disappointed by their service. NOT RECOMMENDED
