Seasons Darling Harbour Sydney

Okay so the location of the hotel is great, easy access to Chinatown markets and quick walk to Town Hall and CBD. However, rooms were okay in my opinion in terms of price. Bathrooms were a little bit a trouble - there was constant leaking in the bathroom toilet you could hear and it was very hard to know how to bathtub works. Toiletries were as provided but NO DENTAL KITS. Reception is sometimes not there and we had an occasional problem with our room key not working. Basically had to check in everytime we wanted to go out and in. The pricing somewhat fits the price of the location and the room. The bond deposit of $100 stays within our accounts for awhile. Will be having to call the bank for this. Would I come again? Probably not, but its honestly great for its location. Friendly staff though..

Great location and cheap, but the room was like a crime scene. The walls in the bedroom had so much damage and the toilet wouldn't stop running. The carpets were so visibly dirty that I refused to take my shoes off unless I was in the bed or bathroom. Everyone else's reviews about the smell is true by the way. The hotel is directly above restaurants. The smell starts at night time when they open. I stayed there because I was only in Sydney for 1 night and Qantas was offering a deal with this hotel. You couldn't pay me to stay there again.

The apartment smelt like nothing else i had smelt before where it got to a point we almost left. the hallways in the building smelt even worse. the apartment was old and in desperate need of an upgrade. Although staff were friendly enough they had absolutely no understanding of the English language nor did they know what they were doing. they made us pay an additional $100 on top of the overpriced fee for the room and told us that it will be refunded as soon as we check out. Well 5 days later still no refund. Would not recommend.
