The service we received from the time we checked-in was super!! Massages were GREAT, Service at the bar was exceptional and the cocktails were divine!! The rooms are very spacious and clean and beds are comfy. A microwave in the room with would be a great addition as we had to have cold leftovers from food we ordered during the day and and night.

Newly built hotel rooms, but not furnished properly. Our room had no wardrobes, shelves, draws, table, chairs/sofa, carpets (floor ice cold in winter), no fridge/bar. Lack of sound proofing- can hear neighbours rather clearly. Patio was not sheltered or private, facing road and parking space. Nice TV, beds, bedding and block out curtains. Service-staff very friendly in reception, restaurant and spa. Spa experience- Need of attention. No secure locking for belongings, torn towels, no changing rooms, steam sauna didn’t work, pool area draft and cold in winter (July). Had a really nice treatment- especially the foot massage!

Worst Spa Experience Ever – Not Worth Your Money or Time I honestly don’t even know where to start. We booked a massage hoping for a relaxing day at Season Golf Leisure and Spa — what we got was the complete opposite. First, we were handed dirty gowns. Yes, dirty. When we asked for clean ones, they eventually swapped them, but the damage was already done to our first impression. Then we were sent to the massage room, which felt like a walk-in freezer. No heater, no aircon warmth — nothing. The therapists’ hands were ice cold, and to make things worse, the oil they used was also cold. How is that supposed to be relaxing? It was honestly uncomfortable from start to finish. We thought maybe lunch would redeem the experience, but nope. The restaurant took 30 minutes to bring out our order — and it wasn’t even busy. The final straw? My friend had a serious allergic reaction to whatever cold oil they used — breaking out in a rash all over her back and neck. That’s not just bad service, that’s unsafe. If you’re looking for relaxation, professionalism, or even basic hygiene — look elsewhere. This place was an absolute waste of money and time. I'm beyond disappointed
