Seasons Siam Hotel

I recently stayed at Seasons Siam Hotel during my vacation and had a pleasant experience. It’s a 3-star hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. What stood out most was the excellent service at the reception—despite the hotel being fully booked, they kindly arranged a late checkout for me upon request, which I really appreciated. I also had the breakfast buffet for a few days. It offered a mix of Thai and international dishes, and while it was quite similar each day, the quality was consistently good. Overall, it was a great stay with helpful staff and good amenities. Would definitely consider returning!

The room was not properly maintained during my stay. It had a strong cigarette smell, and it clearly hadn’t been cleaned well. To add to the disappointment, they charged an extra fee for laundry services just for the bed sheets, which is unacceptable given the condition of the room. Basic hygiene and cleanliness should not be compromised. Definitely not worth the price.”

Very disappointing service! My husband politely asked the reception if they have a pool, and without even looking at him, the staff member just bluntly said “No.” That’s it—no courtesy, no smile, nothing. We are foreigners visiting here, and I’m a Sri Lankan myself. Visitors should be treated with respect, regardless of nationality. Sadly, this hotel failed to provide even basic hospitality.
