We have stayed at this hotel twice once on our way back from our Alaska cruise and once on our way to Hawaii. It is very conveniently located just a few minutes from the airport with a reliable shuttle that made our travel easy and stress free. The hotel is very clean and well maintained and the rooms are comfortable and quiet which was exactly what we needed after a long day of travel. The staff have always been friendly professional and helpful which made us feel welcome both times. We also appreciate the consistent quality that comes with the Marriott name. This hotel has become our go to choice whenever we are flying through Seattle and we would definitely recommend it to other travelers looking for comfort convenience and good service near the airport.
Very clean and modern airport hotel. Expensive restaurant that does not have buffet option. Distance to airport and shuttle was great.. the atrium was very nice. Also we used long term parking here.
I stayed here for one night on a work trip at SEA, but not sure I would stay here again. The service was very good, but the room was not. When checking in, the reception was very friendly, informative, and welcoming. I would give 5 out of 5 for that. However, the room was not one I would want to stay in again. It was quieter which was nice, although I'm not sure I had anyone next to me. My biggest complain is the AC did not work at all. It was blowing air, but not conditioned. I turned it down to the lowest temp it could go but the room stayed hot all night. When I went out into the hallway in the morning, it was cooler than in the room. The gym has some decent equipment (better than most hotel gyms), but I did see a baby cockroach run across the floor. It is close to the airport which is nice. We were able to walk to it (there is a bit of a hill to climb FYI). There is a 24 hour airport shuttle for those that prefer to be driven. Overall, the property was alright but wouldn't recommend it if conditioned air is important to you.
