We took 2 nights for 259 euro's. Quite pricey, but overall good experience. Everything is tidy and clean, great view as well. There's a market nearby. Take note that there's a club/pub below the apartments, so it can get quite noisy from time to time, but nothing over the top. Also, there's major problems with parking lots, since we had to leave our rental 200-300 meters away from the place.
Our stay was a nightmare! The rooms are completely worn out and absolutely not deluxe! The traffic noise day and night is unbearable! The busy main road to the north passes directly below the windows. The windows are not soundproofed, so you wake up at night. Right next door is a motorcycle meeting place!!!! The description and photos are misleading! We had mold in and behind the cupboard where the pillows for the guests are kept! For me it borders on fraud! The following defects were present in the accommodation. - The described roof terrace was not accessible and closed off, it was also not furnished as in the photos - The rooms were very worn, the curtains and bed linen were torn - We were given a new room and there was a lot of mold behind and in the closet. - The pillows used by guests for sleeping were stored in the closet - These were also infested with mold (see photos) - The mattress in our spare room was unacceptably worn out - The joints in the kitchen and shower were very moldy - The rooms were exposed to strong traffic noise, both by 24h noise pollution from the street and by a motorcycle meeting point in the immediate vicinity - It was not possible to relax in this accommodation due to the very strong noise pollution, there is no indication of this when booking We had to leave one night earlier because auf the mold.
My daughter gifted us a spa day at Seaview Hotel to enjoy time by the pool and a massage. Unfortunately, it was a disaster. The indoor pool area was unbearably hot—felt like a sauna. When we spoke to maintenance, we were told “that’s how it should be.” It became hard to breathe, so we went to reception, but they said there was nothing they could do. The manager, Mr. Zahra, offered a fan that only made things worse. Most of our group had to leave early due to the excessive heat. My husband and I had to stay, waiting for our massage. This was meant to be a special family afternoon, but it turned into a nightmare. No wonder the pool was empty. The only positive: the DeeSpa staff were very professional and kind. Avoid the Seaview Hotel spa and indoor pool.
