Let's be honest. This is an older motel. The rooms are dated, but ridiculously clean. The beds were comfortable, the water was hot, the managers were kind, helpful and always available. It could use updating, for sure. But if you can live with 1970s style tile and paint, then this is a good option.

Absolutely awful, old and stinky room. Paid $149/per night + fees because of the Spartan race. I hope I will never have to return. If you are staying here, bring your own pillow. They are ugly and dirty. An extra star for the good location, near shops and restaurants.

Hotel Policy Review This hotel prohibits all animals, including service animals, which are protected under federal and state laws (Americans with Disabilities Act, 1990). The staff member will ask a series of questions before confirming room availability. He cites allergies as the reason for the no-pet policy; however, this is illegal under the ADA, which mandates that service animals must be allowed in public accommodations regardless of any allergy concerns (U.S. Department of Justice, 2010). Additionally, his demeanor was unpleasant, and the hotel charges were excessive given the area’s conditions. It is advisable to consider other accommodations. Laws Broken: Violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act by not allowing service animals. Potential discrimination against individuals with disabilities based on allergy claims.
