A Hidden Gem in Phuket – Absolutely Perfect! We had the most incredible stay at The Secret Cliff Resort and Restaurant — a true hidden gem tucked away between Karon and Patong beaches. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel completely welcome. The staff were absolutely lovely — warm, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. A special mention to the team who surprised us with a free room upgrade on arrival — such a generous gesture that truly set the tone for the rest of our stay. Our room was modern, spotlessly clean, and had everything we could possibly need. Fresh bottled water was delivered to our room daily, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping everything pristine. We woke up each morning to breathtaking views and felt like we had our own peaceful slice of paradise. Breakfast was fantastic — with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes, everything we tried was fresh and delicious. The restaurant meals, drinks, and room service were all very reasonably priced, especially for the high quality you receive. We ended up dining at the hotel more than we expected simply because everything was so tasty and convenient. The location is also perfect — close enough to the hustle and bustle of Patong and Karon beaches, yet just far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The free morning shuttle service to both beaches was a lovely bonus, making it easy to explore while still retreating back to a serene, lush environment. The entire resort is beautifully designed, with stunning sea views, tropical greenery, and a peaceful atmosphere that made it hard to leave. Whether we were lounging by the pool, enjoying a drink at sunset, or simply relaxing in our room, it all felt magical. We truly didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to return. Not sure why this resort has such a low rating, guess it was for the best! Originally booked for 5 days but ended up staying for our entire trip in Phuket. The value for money, yumm Thai breakfast buffet, nice rooms & room service, and location (waking up to beach views from the balcony was unreal) were all spot on. It was super convenient to get around town, and the hospitality was excellent. Big shoutout to the manager ON and the rest of the staff for arranging the Songkran celebration at the hotel and making our overall stay such a memorable experience. Definitely recommend and will be back in the future!

We had a wonderful 4-day stay at this resort. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a beautiful balcony offering a breathtaking panoramic ocean view — perfect for relaxing. The swimming pool was spotless and luxurious, adding to the overall sense of comfort and tranquility. The quiet location made it ideal for a peaceful getaway. However, the remote location does have its downsides. There’s no easy connectivity to happening beaches like Karon and Patong, and there are no shops or restaurants nearby, which means relying on a cab each time you want to explore or grab a bite. Also, while the bathroom was super clean, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the drainage hole, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, if you're looking for a quiet, scenic retreat away from the crowds, this resort is a great choice!
