It's a very good hotel not far from La Croisette and very close to the railway station. The staff is very polite and professional. The rooms are not so big, but they're very clean and there is a spacious bathroom. A big plus is the breakfast room on the top of the building, where you can enjoy the view of Cannes when you're having a breakfast. If I visit Cannes again, for sure I will come back here.

This is literally the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. The air conditioning doesn’t work, the rooms don’t have basic amenities like water, towel hooks and shelving are coming loose from the walls, and housekeeping completely disregarded my do-not-disturb sign, came in and opened my windows during a peak heatwave and turned off my fan. Would not return, would not recommend.

Please, for the love of God whatever you do do not stay here there is mold in every single room in the AC vents. I was overbooked at another hotel and I had to check out a night early. I came here because I was recommended by that hotel. Worst decision I’ve ever made. I came up and paid €200 upfront at the reception went to the room. It smelled so bad because the carpet was stained and so old they were stains on the bed mold in the AC vent hair on the bed not for me. My hair is long and blonde. I don’t have short brown men’s hair. I explained it to the Hotel manager Svetlana and she said what that’s just how it is there’s carpet and it’s old I explain why are there cracks in the wall and on the bedframe She just shook her shoulders up and stayed silent, and then I said there’s mold in the AC vents in every single room. And then I said look in the bathroom there’s dirt in the grout in the tiles and she said “what is every hotel you go to perfect?” Well, it definitely doesn’t have dirt in the bathroom in a new room. It definitely doesn’t smell like mold and mildew and asbestos. After showing me five rooms that looked exactly the same and that we’re dirty she would even open the rooms and say no that’s too dirty and walk away. I demanded a refund. She said she couldn’t give me a refund because the banks were closed on Monday In France. Then she said Tuesday, she would give me one fast-forward. It’s now Thursday after calling 1 million times yelling trying to speak with management. She told me she cannot give me my money back. She begged me for one day and I gave it to her on Wednesday. I’ve yet to hear back. No one‘s been able to help me. They’re telling me they can’t help me or give me my money back, eaten even the first day the gentleman at the front desk he had dark hair and he was younger. He said you know where we are. We’re not gonna steal your money well, that’s not the case they steal peoples money and they don’t give it back. THIS IS THE BIGGEST FRAUDULENT HOTEL IN THE DOUTH OF FRANCE!!!! Do not stay here by all means. I even contacted the director by email two days ago and there’s no response. I even had the general manager of the other Hotel tried to reach out and they have yet to do anything. I have to call my bank to file a claim because they refuse to give me my money back for a room. I didn’t even stay in for five minutes.
