Secrets Moxché Playa del Carmen Adults Only All Inclusive

We just came back from our vacation! We spent a week there for our honeymoon. We wanted to recognize the great service that Jorge (bar supervisor) gave us. He made us feel special and took care of us ! All staff made our stay memorable and they treated us so well everyone was very nice and the food was delicious specially Suki , the seafood restaurant. The breakfast buffet was delicious every single day. We ordered room service at night a couple of times and we have gone to different all exclusives and these by far has the best late night room service Food. We requested that our room to be cleaned every day and they always did an amazing job. This hotel is more for relaxation ,unwinding & disconnecting great place to be. The views were immaculate!

My husband and I got married here this June and it was so dreamy! The accommodations were wonderful and made for a romantic stay/wedding and honeymoon! The food was incredible. If you want to get married here, highly recommend! Our wedding planner through the resort, Violeta, was a dream to work with and made the whole process so easy.

This hotel is truly beautiful everywhere you look! It’s honestly so aesthetic and truly beautifully maintained. I gave it four stars for a couple of reasons. 1. The entertainment: the shows are honestly not good. Borderline cringey. Since the shows set up the night they ended up killing our vibe. 2. The lighting: I know this sounds weird but the lighting is so dark in the rooms and bathrooms that it is so hard getting ready. 3. Drinks: drinks were inconsistent from bar to bar. You also have to specify which liquor you want. They have the bars covered in liquor bottles with better brands, but they don’t use those. You have to specify what you want if not they use cheap liquor. Ember and the Mexican restaurant are truly amazing! The breakfast buffet so yummy. The rooms beautiful. The size is just right, nothing feels too far away.
