I can’t quite put into words how incredible this place is. We went on our honeymoon and every single staff member went above and beyond to ensure our stay was extra special. A very special mention to Aldrin, the concierge, who was INCREDIBLE and was a friendly face from the beginning, a caring person, and someone who always went the extra mile. By the jungle pool, Carlos, Fernando, Victor and Celeste were so amazing and thoughtful and so much fun. Elisa on the front desk was brilliant as well. The hotel itself is stunning, our room was amazing, the food was INCREDIBLE, we never had a bad meal. The beach was gorgeous, and when the seaweed was cleared it was paradise. If we ever get the chance to come back here again I will count my lucky stars. This is a once in a lifetime experience.

This was one of the best all-inclusive resorts we have ever stayed at. The grounds are pristine, featuring lush tropical foliage that gives you the feeling of being on a private island. With an abundance of pools to choose from, you can relax in your step-out pool, enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the secluded oasis pool, or join the fun at the main pool where social activities take place. The beach is beautiful and is complemented by a refreshing breeze. There are plenty of dining options available, ranging from the main dining area to various specialty restaurants. Overall, the resort deserves a solid 5-star rating. Every staff member we encountered was warm, approachable, helpful, and attentive to our needs.

After many weeks of research, my husband and I chose this resort for our honeymoon destination, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. From the beginning, we worked with a travel agent who was able to book our direct flights, our 6 night stay, trip insurance, as well as private transfers to and from the airport and hotel. We were able to get a Preferred Club Master Ocean Front Room for an amazing deal and we were absolutely amazed by the accommodations at the resort. We stayed in building 1 on the 5th floor and we can't imagine any room or view being better than what we experience! From the moment we stepped onto the property, we were kindly greeted by the staff with champagne, cold towels, and a personal escort to our preferred check-in location. We were quickly met by one of our butlers, Martin, and he gave us a short tour of the property and suggested a place for us to grab lunch while we waited for our room to be ready. As soon as our room was available, our butler communicated with us and ensured we had everything we needed. Throughout our stay we were so impressed with the level of service we received - by the pool, by the beach, at the Bali beds, and at each restaurant. The food was outstanding and we were treated with such kindness and respect. We felt pampered every single moment we were there - everything exceeded any expectation we may have had - you will want for nothing!! The resort is only just over a year old, so everything is extremely clean and updated. The nightlife was perfect for us, as we prefer a more laid-back and quiet atmosphere. The preferred pool was especially serene and relaxing. We really enjoyed all of the live music in the evenings and were so impressed with how beautiful and romantic the restaurants were. Our favorite meal was at the French restaurant - Bordeaux. Special shout-out to our server Daniel whom we absolutely adored and came back twice just to be served by him!! We also were thrilled with the buffet-style breakfasts and lunches at The Market Cafe - there was such a large selection of food and it was absolutely amazing! I want to especially acknowledge our amazing butlers - Martin (day time hours) & Miguel (evening hours). These two were the highlights of our trip. They went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special - one night they decorated our room with rose petals and a sweet note, and another night they filled our outdoor soaking tub, laid our our robes and slippers, and put our champagne on ice so we could enjoy a nice evening when we returned from dinner. They even were willing to make our reservation at the hibachi restaurant for us so that we didn't have to stay up late to book via the app. They communicated with us frequently, and even came to check on us in the afternoon if they didn't happen to see us in the morning in passing. They made us feel so special & we are so thankful for them! They were even willing to get a photo with us by the pool on one of our last days there! Overall, this resort was absolutely breathtaking and unlike any other place we've ever been to. We plan to come back many times to celebrate our anniversaries in the future. If you are searching for a resort with great food, kind staff, beautiful/romantic restaurants, a clean and updated atmosphere, a great beach, and a variety of pools - this is the resort for you!
