Secrets Riviera Cancún Resort & Spa Adults Only All inclusive

Can not wait to be back! My husband & I went on a couples trip this past June with some friends of ours and had the absolute best time! Special shout out to spicy Luis at the secrets pool - he made sure everyone had the best time! It just wasn't the same on his day off, but we love him so much he deserves all the time off he wants!! We can't wait to plan our next trip to get to hang out with our bestie at the pool!!! We loved Sweet Luis at the preferred club bar as well! He was such an amazing bartender! Not only did he make the best drinks but he also had the best conversation! Both sweet & spicy Luis made our trip! We can't wait to come back and hang with them again! We loved playing bingo, volleyball, trivia and all the fun games at the pool with spicy Luis! An extra treat was making friendship bracelets with him after the entertainment. He truly made our week so much fun! We have stayed at many all inclusive resorts and he was hands down the best "entertainment officer" we've ever had! At other resorts we would get bored or tired of doing the same things daily. We had so much fun with spicy Luis we didn't even want to leave for an excursion! We would also like to recognize Manny, he was so sweet and did such a great job hosting activities such as karaoke! We couldn't leave a review without mentioning the best pizza chef, Fernando!!! We had the best time hanging out with him and enjoying his delicious pizzas all week long! We loved eating at the hibachi restaurant. The food was great at the regular table and the hibachi table. We ended up eating there many times. We preferred to stay on the secrets side as the breathless side was a little crazy, but we did enjoy walking over to see some of the entertainment at the breathless pool during the parties. It was fun to be able to hop back and forth! Overall, we had a great time and made many new friends. We can't wait to come back!! We would highly recommend this resort to anyone who

This was our third stay at Secrets Riviera Maya and it never disappoints! The staff is truly what makes this place special—everyone is so kind, welcoming, and goes above and beyond. The food is always delicious with so many great options, and the entire resort is incredibly clean and well-maintained. We’ve been to several resorts, but this one always stands out. Already looking forward to our next trip! Some of the staff that were highlights of our trip included: Cruz – Pool Bartender Cruz was incredible every single day—always upbeat, friendly, and on top of everything. His great attitude and top-notch service made hanging out by the pool that much better. Luis – Manager at Asian Restaurant Luis went above and beyond like no one we’ve ever seen. We were celebrating a special occasion, and he made sure every detail of our dinner was perfect. Truly made the night unforgettable. Luis & Lopez – Preferred Bar Bartenders Luis and Lopez were awesome. We’ve been to several Secrets resorts, and they stood out with how carefully they made each drink. Lopez even gave us a tequila-tasting lesson—it was a blast!

Checked in with my wife for honeymoon 7/12/25. This was our very first time trying an all inclusive resort. The Resort offered us Drinks as we were checking in and were greeted with big smiles. We got the preferred junior suite and we would definitely be back again. The good: - When we wanted our room cleaned, Julia was very thorough and clean. - The food and drink selection were great - Three choices of pool - Staffs were awesome, Adrian, Oscar, Luis and Mario were so friendly and helpful - Bartenders from Secrets to Breathless were really great at making those cocktails - Rosewater Restaurant was really good, Balthazar our server's customer service was great. - Can go to Breathless for additional choices of Restaurants The Bad: Not really a deal breaker nor bad but the beach was Mid. On a good day it looks blue that compliments the pool. it is nice to hang by the beach side come sunset time. Only thing I would change was the pool temp in Secret's Side. It was a little more than warm and it would've been nice to dip into a cold water when the Sun and temp was hot.
