Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana Adults Only All Inclusive

Had a wonderful 5 days at Secrets Royal Beach with my wife and 18yr old daughter and her friend. We were staying in the preferred area and had the walkout to the lazy River. Super Brian was our butler and was always available and saw us everyday. We enjoyed the beauty of the resort and loved the lazy River pool and infinity pool. We enjoyed the food options and even headed to Portofino on the Dreams side for dinner one night. Our girls had the best time and thanks to the entertainment staff and bar tenders they were always centre of attention. They loved the special coconut drinks they got made for them and had a hard time saying good bye to everyone on the day we left. I had great experiences with all staff especially Robert G from the preferred lounge at the pool he always took care of us and tracked me done on my way out to the lobby to leave. Hard to leave this resort and the wonderful people.

During my recent stay at Secrets Royal Beach, we had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Irving, whose service went far beyond expectations. From the moment we arrived, Irving made us feel like honored guests, attending to every detail with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Irving anticipated our needs before we even voiced them—whether it was securing the perfect dinner reservation, arranging a surprise celebration, or simply ensuring our suite was always immaculate and welcoming. His attentiveness never felt intrusive; instead, it was the kind of seamless, thoughtful service that elevated our entire vacation. What truly set Irving apart was his ability to make every interaction feel personal. He remembered our preferences, greeted us with a smile each day, and somehow managed to make even the smallest gestures—feel luxurious and meaningful. Irving embodies what hospitality should be: gracious, intuitive, and sincerely dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences. The butler upgrade is a joke. We had to ask every single day to have our mini bar/snacks restocked in our room. The lack of attention to detail was sad. We arrived and our butler had already gone home, there was a “happy anniversary” banner on our door, we are dating. We got engaged night two, super exciting, our butler did nothing and he knew about it. The anniversary banner stayed throughout our 7 day trip. Also when checking in to our room the person noticed the mini bar wasn’t stocked, robes were missing, and the mirrors in the room portion were very dirty. She immediately text our butler who didn’t do anything about it until the end of the next day after we asked. There are signs by the pool chairs on the preferred side that clearly state that you cannot reserve them/leave your belongings on them to save them. The first and second morning we were out there by 8am, when the pools open, and every single spot had people’s items on them saving them for later. When we asked what we should do, get here earlier and do the same or pay for a Bali bed by the quiet pool… Overall most people were very nice and the trip was enjoyable, just wish we didn’t spend the money on the upgrade. The entertainment staff work very hard and were SO sweet! Also please note that my fiancé wrote an email to them after the trip and asked them to reach back out to him. It’s been over three weeks and they haven’t responded.
