Secrets Tides Punta Cana

This has been, by far, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! I went on a 4-day, 3-night trip with my spouse and in-laws. We booked a Preferred Junior Suite with swim-out access, while my in-laws stayed in a non-Preferred room. What truly stood out was the exceptional service—from the moment we arrived, the staff treated everyone with the same level of warmth and professionalism, regardless of room category. There was no difference in treatment between Preferred and non-Preferred guests, which speaks volumes about their commitment to hospitality. The resort offered a wide variety of well-prepared food, both at the buffet and à la carte restaurants. If you enjoy premium drinks, I’d recommend the Preferred upgrade—we definitely enjoyed the selection! The staff was friendly, attentive, and always went the extra mile. There were plenty of fun activities throughout our stay, and the hotel struck the perfect balance between relaxation and entertainment—especially with their cozy nightclub open until 1 a.m. Overall, an unforgettable experience. I’ll absolutely be recommending this resort and returning in the future!

Our stay at Secrets Tides was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the level of luxury and the incredibly friendly staff. They made us feel so welcomed and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time. The property is immaculate, beautifully maintained, and everything feels fresh and new. The food was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options that left us more than satisfied. We enjoyed it so much that we even extended our stay for an extra night. It was the perfect place to relax and disconnect from the hustle and bustle back home. The only downside was the beach. While the sandy shore was lovely and the setup was great, the water itself wasn’t the picturesque blue you might expect. However, this was a minor issue compared to the overall outstanding experience. We give Secrets Tides a 10/10 and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious getaway. Don’t let the beach deter you—everything else is absolutely top-notch!

Our stay at Secrets Tides was absolutely amazing. From check-in to check-out, the entire staff ensured we felt like royalty. The restaurants and bars are impressive, featuring beautiful decor, great food, and a well-rounded drink selection. While all the restaurants provide an excellent dining experience, I particularly loved Portofino with its well-crafted Italian menu, as well as Tierra and Meraki. Honestly, any restaurant you visit will exceed your expectations. The entertainment, both day and night, is superb. I enjoyed the candle-making experience, painting by the beach, and the neon beach party. There's something for everyone, whether you want to participate in activities or relax by the stunning clear waters of the various pools and beach, which offers plenty of cabanas and beach chairs. We indulged in spa services, and the experience was great. I love all the L'Occitane products at the spa, and the hydrotherapy and massages were awesome. While the entire staff is outstanding, always smiling and treating you like a queen, some names are worth mentioning: Teresa, Mayra, Alejandro, Eusebio, Suninka, Miguelina, Francisco, Geidil(chef), Santa, Samantha, Mercedes, John, Adrián, Federico, Bernardo, Anyelo, Rosa, Escarla, Romer, Yumar, Dolores, Dilennis, Yunior, Yasmer, Raynel, Kelvin, Elizabeth (Spa), Franci, and Sterling.
