Secrets Tulum Resort & Beach Club Adults Only All Inclusive

Our experience at this hotel was exceptional. The property is extremely clean, modern, and comfortable. The dining options were excellent and the room service was consistently efficient. What stood out most was the professionalism and kindness of the staff – they went out of their way to assist us with anything we needed, including transportation and recommendations. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay.

We had an AMAZING time at Secrets Tulum Resort! The service was fantastic from check in to check out throughout the resort. ! I want to especially recognize Laura Cruz who is AMAZING and who made our trip so very memorable morning, noon at night. The resort was beautiful, the rooms were spacious and very luxurious (especially the swim outs). The pools were all beautiful (especially, the roof top). The restaurants were ALL elegant and the food and the service were stellar . Especially, the steakhouse which was unique and romantic in an outdoor setting. Since Laura and others treated us like VIP and excellent customer service, I can’t wait to return to Secrets Tulum Resort. One of the best resorts that I’ve vacationed at in a long time.

I stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights and I do have mixed feelings about my stay! I flew in at the Tulum airport so the commute from the airport to the resort was a good 45-1 hr drive. Once we arrived at the resort we were welcomed and staff was pleasant. We weren’t greeted with champagne but escorted to premium guest to check in! The staff failed to explain all of our perks and we found out about them our last night by another guest we met. Also we waited at least an hour to check into our room, the room was very nice and clean but there was some weird stuff on our bathroom wall literally looked like boogers! I made my boyfriend clean it off the wall. The resort is beautiful and clean! They do close everything down pretty early including the pools etc. which is annoying because it’s an adults only resort! This is not a party resort is chill relaxing vibes! My favorite restaurant was the Asian one everything else was just okay including the buffet food nothing special!
