Location is just next to a mall and is in the CBD part. The crew and staff has been amazing, its a small hotel but well-kept. We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was good! You have your options already.
The room we got was very comfortable and cozy, well designed, and has all the essentials. The hotel is right next to a mall, which is great. It's not too far from the airport either. The entire stay could have been amazing, but the breakfast buffet could have been handled better since they knew the number of people checking in. It's never good to make people wait for a long time before they can eat, especially when there's no other altenative - the mall being closed. I'm sure this is only because of the holidays, but then again, it's usually on holidays that people get together and flock on a hotel.
Stayed here during the holidays and the accommodation was quite good. My only issue was that it took quite a while for our rooms to be ready. We arrived around 3PM which is already an hour past the check in time but the room was only ready by 3:45PM. The food is just okay for the holiday buffet. For the price, I was expecting more but I guess what you pay for is the prestige. The breakfast buffet was lovely and the food greatly improved since my last visit year 3 years ago. The rooms are comfortable and clean but the view was terrible. I wish I could’ve had a greater experience in this hotel but sadly I didn’t. It was good tho that the staff are kind and helpful
