Seda Atria Iloilo

Rooms are spacious and clean. They have in-room dining, massage service and gym. Though they don't have a pool which is a shame since I like swimming as an exercise. Staff are very friendly and ready to help. Breakfast is also good. Overall, I had a great hotel experience here.

The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of Iloilo City. It's very close to the port going to Guimaras, and there are a lot of shops nearby for food and tech. Coffee shops are literally everywhere in this area too. Rooms were pristine clean, and they were very accommodating with requests like drinking water and towel changes. Staff members were pleasantly interactive and friendly. Helpful too if you need directions to places. Overall, our stay was quite pleasant and stress-free, from booking to checkout.

We booked here initially by what we thought was their website but was in fact @hotelvalues.com who, after we gave credit card details added 39% service charge. We promptly cancelled to rebook through Booking.com and they kept one full night, including their extortionate service charge. The hotel declined to assist. The room they gave us was fine, a little worn but we had stayed 3 or 4 times before, however the noise from the bar was loud and on the second, Saturday night, had to complain because the drum and base noise prevented us from sleeping until after midnight.
