Seda Ayala Center Cebu

The staff was beyond extraordinary in this hotel. From small gestures to adding your name as a personal touch, we were extremely grateful to have stayed here. One of the most friendliest staff, not to mention they almost always have live music at the lobby every night. Convenient location, next to the Ayala malls. And their breakfast is SO good. Thank you to everyone who helped make our stay memorable, highly recommend them.

I’ve stayed many times at Seda Hotels in Manila and this is surprisingly one of the better ones of late. The lobby entry looks grand and the rooms are large, clean and comfy. The corridors are a bit dark for my liking, I hope they improve the lighting. Breakfast at misto has enough variety, but quite small and overflowing during busy times. However, the service and staff overall is excellent. The hotel also connects to Ayala Mall from the lobby. I’m not sure if this is temporary setup as there is construction, but I hope they improve the path so it’s not going through parking.

Great hotel, excellent location, delightful staff and amenities. We went with a King deluxe room, the room was a great size, the slightly larger TV, couch and bathroom size was excellent. No traffic noise was a welcomed relief from our last hotel. The free breakfast is outstanding in variety and quality. Can be quite busy at times but waits to get a table are very minor. Would definitely stay again.
