I had a great experience during my stay, thanks in large part to the hotel staff. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely friendly, helpful, and very attentive to the little details that made a big difference. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or the restaurant team, they were all courteous and quick to respond to any request. It really felt like they cared about making guests feel comfortable and welcome. I truly appreciate the level of service and warm hospitality. Stayed for business 3 nights. The best location in BCG area. The district is walkable and well maintained. There are a lot of restaurants and store nearby which also open till late night. Breakfast Buffet is good enough space for all. Only minus is the room is quite thin, but it may not affect for those who wake up early in the morning

The rooms are a bit small, but cozy. The service is great. The staff always greet you with a smile and a nice greeting. The rooftop bar staff are so very accommodating especially the Manager Alan. He was very nice and hospitable.
