My home away from home for 2 week. Best location in town and nice hotel with great views. The only improvement note is the food quantity and variety. But a special remark to all the employees. First time ever I have most of the staff welcoming me every morning, greeting me by my name and making sure I got everything I needed. 10 stars to the people that is for sure the hotel’s most valuable asset. I am attaching pictures with some of them as I really want to ensure the hotel management is aware of the caliber of people they have. Take good care of them as they are they main reason as to why I will be back shorty. 😀
Location location! The hotel is located in the infamous IT Park. It is connected to one mall and across street is another mall. The staff are friendly and helpful! We felt safe walking around the area in the evening. It is easy access to many eateries and night market! The hotel is perfect for travelers with its in room washer and dryer in the apartment suite. It offers delicious Philippine and western breakfast. There is a rooftop bar with great views of the city. Highly recommend this hotel for family, business and couples! They upgraded us to a two bedroom apartment which provided us with ample space!
Would have no problem staying here again. Prime location in IT Park attached to the mall with covered walkway. Gym was fine and rooftop pool is nice too. Staff was kind and welcoming. Breakfast was good. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Housekeeping cleaned the room very well everyday. Doormen very polite and professional Great stay.
