Absolutely Outstanding – A 5-Star Experience in Every Way This hotel truly deserves a solid 5-star rating across the board. From the moment we arrived, the service exceeded all expectations. We pulled up in a rental car, and the staff immediately took care of parking for us. Our luggage was promptly handled and securely held since we arrived early and our room wasn’t yet ready. The check-in process was seamless, allowing us to begin exploring the city without delay. The hotel’s location is ideal—within walking distance to many of Granada’s top attractions. When we returned a few hours later, our room was ready, our luggage was already inside, and we were greeted with a thoughtful welcome treat of chocolates and snacks. Every detail was meticulously taken care of, making our stay truly exceptional. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough for anyone looking to enjoy a comfortable, well-located, and impeccably managed stay in Granada.

So glad we picked this hotel in Granada! The attention to detail here is unmatched. Service was excellent from everyone but especially Chahinaz. I’m vegetarian and she took time to look at local restaurant menus and help recommend places to me, she was always super helpful. Housekeeping was great, they even wrapped our charger wires, very detailed and thoughtful. Breakfast was very tasty, service was good & the coffee here we had with the hotel breakfast was the best I had in Spain. The design of this place is gorgeous, it feels like you’re in a Pinterest board, and the lobby music is nice too. Very clean as well. Extremely hospitable place! What could have been better: - TV & tablets need an upgrade for the price of this hotel. They were outdated and not very functional. - AC wasn’t strong enough in the day, but we came at a very hot time and this just seems to be a regional norm. - Wish we had the option to raise the lights in the shower room more, it was too dark. - Couch in our living room area wasn’t very comfortable. - Wish our rooms had some sort of view, our windows faced another building. Charming place overall & would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff are incredibly kind and genuinely go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. The rooms are spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Since it’s a boutique hotel, it never feels crowded—just relaxed and personal, with great attention to detail throughout. The team also helped us plan some fantastic tours, which made exploring the area super easy and enjoyable. And the rooftop? Great vibes, solid drinks, and a perfect spot to unwind in the evenings. Highly recommend.
