My first stay was in 2022, and loved the way they treated their guests. I came back with my husband this year and my husband was truly impressed with their services and amenities considering the cheap room rate per night. The location is perfect as it's adjacent to a mall and right in front of Solaire North. Front desk and Concierge services were absolutely awesome as we were even allowed to leave our luggage in their storage room for free. Every time we had minor issues, front desk people were readily able to help us. A sumptuous Breakfast buffet was available daily, and the had an extension buffet in the second floor if the ground floor was packed. We highly recommend this hotel for short or long stays. Thank you so much!
The location is great, and the exterior plus the lobby and common areas look modern and well-designed. But once you step into the room, it feels like a different place. The rooms are clean, but they’re outdated and feel a bit cheap—especially when it comes to the toiletries and furnishings. Some of the staff were friendly and accommodating, but a few working at the buffet area seemed tired or uninterested. I understand it gets busy, but a simple smile—especially in the morning—can really improve the atmosphere. Even the guards felt a bit cold, which stood out if you're used to staying in hotels with a warm and welcoming vibe. Overall, it was okay, but I’d probably check out other hotels in the area next time.
Not a hotel for business travelers or those seeking a quiet experience. Very family and tourist oriented hotel. Executive lounge presents itself as a upscale affair with high standards, but my experience is that it was an overflowing, loud daycare with cafeteria food. No place to have a quiet conversation or get any work done. I had a one-bedroom suite, which was well appointed. However, the decor was bland and the furniture was uncomfortable. Hallways smelled of smoke. Room service app didn't work, so I had to call to get the menu and make an order. For all of the pretentiousness, Seda Vertis North does not live up to the hype. More of a factory experience than a luxury stay.
