The hotel is right opposite to the train station, it's very convenient and accessible. We chose a room with lake view, it's stunning. The staff are friendly, especially Nea from the restaurant, she is very helpful and kind, great customer service ever. She remembered our room number, made my parents welcomed when they have their breakfast early in the day. Even my parents doesn't speak english, Nea tried her very best to look after them. We will definitely come back!
Excellent Stay with a convenient location. My stay at the hotel Sarti was wonderful with professional and caring staff, clean and Comfortable lodging, a beautiful view of lake Zürich from my room, excellent facilities, including breakfast and a restaurant/bar. Located across the street from the train station offers Easy access to Zürich and other locations Frequently.
Excellent in every aspect. The hotel was 4 star but the staff were all 5 star. Location couldn't have been more convenient for travellers. We highly recommend this hotel if going to Zurich.
