Sedgebrook Hall

My Mum and I had a beautiful stay - everything was perfect. Staff were perfect pre visit and throughout. Very comfortable room, hot shower, nice bed and big rooms. Very tasty breakfast with a great restaurant serving very tasty food - all very well priced. Breakfast and Dinner Team were all lovely and was very hospitable and friendly. Thank you Angela and Team!!! Grounds were very beautiful and the spa was delightful 😊. Finally huge shout out to to Reception staff Blue, Becky and Elesha - wonderful and professional staff who went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and our stay was perfect especially for my Mum's birthday 🎂. We’ve had a fab overnight stay. The staff were amazing from housekeeping to waitress to reception staff. They were all so helpful and knowledgeable. The food was fabulous and generous portion sizes. The pool and jacuzzi areas are a little dated but were clean and tidy. Sedgebrook really is a quiet location so suited us perfectly.

Relaxed stay on Sunday, for one night. There are signs of wear and tear and although the room was mostly clean there were cobwebs around the window that had been there for some time. Occupancy was low so perhaps they are struggling to maintain higher standards. This didn’t detract from a peaceful stay. We enjoyed food in the bar as the Restaurant wasn’t open as we were told there weren’t enough guests to make it worth while. Service was very good and we were a little late checking out and they were very relaxed about that. Breakfast is a buffet only but there is a good choice of hot offerings, cereals fruit and baked goods. The grounds are pretty and well maintained.
