Sedona Suites Ho Chi Minh City

I had an excellent stay at Sedona Suites Ho Chi Minh. The location is truly strategic—situated right in the heart of the city with many major attractions just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient for both sightseeing and dining. What stood out the most was the exceptional service from the staff. Everyone was warm, attentive, and went the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. The gym facilities were top-notch—well-equipped, spacious, and maintained to a high standard, perfect for anyone who wants to keep up with their fitness routine while traveling. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality in Ho Chi Minh City.

We spent a week here and loved everything about this hotel. The hotel lobby is on the 28th floor and the rooms go up from there. We stayed on the 35th floor and our room was luxurious. We were higher than all of the surrounding buildings making the view spectacular. Our room had a separate room with a kitchen, large dining table and spacious seating area with a tv. The bedroom was comfortable with crisp sheets, luxurious mattress and large bathroom. Every morning we enjoyed the breakfast buffet serving gourmet hot foods, fresh fruits, cereal station and fresh baked breads. In addition to the buffet they also offer a separate menu to order other dishes from. The employees are all trained in 5 star service standard. The employee who stood out for us was a man named Max at breakfast. Max went above and beyond remembering our room number and coffee orders every morning we arrived. We stayed during a holiday weekend and the hotel was busy with many people but we still felt like VIP guest from the time we walked into the building. The hotel is attached to the Saigon Center making it easy to shop, go to the gym (included for hotel guest) and especially dining. We were sad to leave the luxuries but excited we were able to enjoy this hotel.

Great hotel in the best location. The view is amazing! The staff were kind and not too overbearing which I enjoy. The pool is on the small side and lacks enough sun beds around. When requesting a different room or late check out the staff were very nice to accomodate. Great location with the mall or market right at the entrance. It is a bit busy to get in and out of the complex as it's a hot spot.
