Very nice hotel with great service. The spa area is cosy and the saunas well done.
We stayed there for three nights and it was a very pleasant stay. The room was neat and clean and had almost everything we needed. The breakfast was also quite nice and has plenty of options for everyone. They also have a swimming pool, we used it once, it is not very deep. They have towels, slippers and a bathrobes in the room that you can use when you go for swimming. The staff is nice and polite, some of them don't speak English very well though, but still very friendly and helpful. We also had dinner everyday in their restaurant and we were very happy with it, they have options for meat eaters and vegetarians, the menu changes daily and you need to choose which menu (veg or non vegetarian) you would like to eat every morning, so that they can prepare it for the dinner. The dinner includes a soup, salad (you can take it from the salad bar), a main dish and a dessert. Location is also nice, close to a beautiful lake and around 20 minutes walking from the city center. Some other information: * Car parking is free * Hotel is mostly wheelchair accessible * They also have an elevator, but some rooms are not accessible by the elevator, you need to use stairs to reach some of the rooms.
The hotel and wellness are nice enough, but unfortunately a few things we left in the wellness area on accident (a book and Kindle) were stolen, probably by the cleaning staff. Communication with the hotel has been very hard: I sent an email which never got a response, and had to call twice, just to be told that the cleaning staff checked and found nothing, though we know exactly where we left our items. Too bad.
