My wife and I stayed at the hotel beginning of April 2025. The room was very comfortable - it was big and with great spot to sit next to the window, look at the mountains, the lake and read a good book. The room and the facilities are very clean and the staff both at the lobby and the restaurant are very friendly and eager to help and let you feel you are welcome. We used the gym which is very modern and techie - we liked it very much. The breakfast is amazing as it is very rich with a lot of verity - everything is so fresh. We also had two dinners at the hotel's restaurant and it was all very fresh and well cooked comparing to other restaurants in the area (which are good as well). The waiter was amazing - he provided great recommendations and was very friendly and well educated about the dishes and how they are made. I will be happy to go back and stay in this place for sure (and hopefully get the same room) !!!!!

Nestled beside a pristine lake, this villa is truly a gem to relax and soak in the abundant fresh air! We explored the quaint town of Strobl as well as other towns around Lake Wolfgangsee. We stayed here in June of 2023. Delicious meals with excellent staff at the restaurant made our stay memorable. Even though there was staff shortage, they did everything possible to make customers satisfied. Regarding spa; massage therapist Jasmine was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Thank you.

Where do I start? Firstly, they are scammers. The may have around 115 photos posted on booking.com and only past 100th photo, they have photos of the old building of the hotel, which is much worse than the new building, which is why they want you to only see the good part. Their excuse is - “photos are there for everyone to see” but how many people will really scroll past 100th photo? Not many probably. Also, when I chose the room, once again, only the last 3 photos (out of 15 I think) showed the old room and even those 3 photos were really professionally done, so only after you saw the room in person, you can understand that it was the same room. So coming back to it - they will use photos of new building to sell you their accommodation and when you arrive they will give you a room in the old building saying that the new building is full and “this is what you booked”. The old room has a carpet that’s probably as old as your grandpa, windows that either can be fully opened or fully closed (no option in between) and are not soundproof, old style furniture. Walls are thin and you can hear cleaners early morning. Again, I was told that the room is great, and it’s down to the preference. Perhaps, but somehow my preferred options are around 30% more expensive than the alternative, and so was this hotel in comparison to other old rooms in the same area. Anyway, I had to spent the 1st night in that old room and next morning they moved me to the new building after I made a complaint. Yet, no sorry, no part refund or a free meal - the reception / management saw nothing wrong and kept repeating that “photos of the room were there so I was fully informed”. Breakfast - food is good, won’t lie. However, the buffet room is tiny and as they had a lot of guests , you can barely pass or approach the section to get food. It’s also worth mentioning that it’s quite frustrating that since they have separate building for different activities, you have to keep going from one house to another. Finally, it is also worth mentioning that while the rooms in a new building are nicer and more modern, they feel cheap. Long story short - avoid this place, they are scamming you…
