Pretty cozy and beautiful hotel at the łąkę side. Rooms are nice but pretty small. Bathrooms need refurbishement. Front desk lady does not speak English and had problems with processing the payment and thus denied me to access to the room. It was solved after two hours of efforts. I was told that no front desk staff is available in the night thus check in of my collegues coming after midnight was troublesome. All in all, check in experience was far from expected standard.
We where standing for about 20 mins at the reception for check in. The lady wanted to know alot of us while the company and DTM made the reservations. Bar was closing very early and they even lost my bill for the drinks. Location was very beautifull.
Food at the restaurant (lunch and breakfast) were just ok: not much taste, and the amount was not sufficient on my opinion for lunch. There was not much variety for the breakfast. The rooms were clean and nice, and the conference room has good acoustics. So for events it is ok.
