I would like to take a moment to sincerely commend your front desk staff member, Daria. She was truly exceptional professional, helpful, always smiling, and went out of her way to assist us throughout our stay. Her warm and welcoming attitude made a real difference and turned our visit into a memorable experience, one we would be happy to return to. Employees like Daria truly reflect the best of your hotel, and I hope her outstanding service is recognized and appreciated by management.
For a 4 star hotel the facilities are fab...food was very good with huge amount of choices for breakfast and everything fresh and replenished. Service with drinks was good but I prefer a bar. Room was basic but fridge was sooo welcome as temp 30+. Easy access to the lake too..Spa great and everything working and maintained.
The views of Lake Lucerne are breathtaking. We had a room with a partial lake view and a view of Mt Pilatus. The room was slightly dated, however the bathroom and loggia were nice. We had an issue with our door not opening but this was quickly resolved by the staff and manager! Breakfast was adequate and we had a nice dinner by the lake. The views from the hotel are stunning!
