Nothing but glowing praise for this charming place - the people, the atmosphere, everything. It’s the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Everything just felt right. We had a great room on the fourth floor with windows and amazing views on two sides. The beds were very comfortable and the room was perfect. The hotel has a warm, welcoming vibe. The staff were lovely - friendly, thoughtful, and genuinely kind. We really enjoyed the private “beach” - peaceful and quiet. The lake was perfect for swimming, a true highlight. Breakfast was fantastic - you lacked nothing and everything tasted great. The glass of prosecco in the morning added the perfect finishing touch ✨ We’d definitely love to come back!

Lovely in nearly every respect. Vg breakfast buffet. All fresco options all meals. Private grassed lakeside area for swimming in the lake and sunbathing. Exceptional service at every level - professional, polite, attentive. Flies in the dining areas should be dealt with, rooms are smallish but have great little balconies. Lake views perfect. No air con in the rooms. Renovated areas. Excellent sauna.This is a large and spacious hotel, true 4 star that makes other 4 star hotels look like 3 star.

This was an absolutely amazing experience, a balcony room with a view of Lake Lucerne. The staff was very accommodating and Marcel in particular went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, even helping to correct a train/rail station error I was about to make prior to arrival. The breakfast was included in the price of the room and far exceeded any other previous lodging offerings I have had in Europe. Spa facilities, luggage storage and many other included perks help to make this the only choice in Brunnen with a short trip to Stoos in reach. Stay here, make memories and you will be looking forward to staying again as soon as possible.
