A very enjoyable stay, good location just outside the city centre hustle & bustle but close enough to easily walk. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room very spacious. Didn't have any food here so can't comment on that but it's a place I would stay again.

Was over in Bordeaux for the Rugby World Cup and what an amazing stay it was! Reception staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming! The room was simply stunning and so so so spacious! The staff at breakfast were very helpful, however would have preferred a bit more to chose from in terms of hot food for breakfast (e.g. sausages, fried egg, beans etc.). The location of the hotel was amazing, being only across the road from a shopping centre and a 5 minute walk to the tram which brings you into the city centre! Would 100% stay here again!

Beware of this hotel because they will "accidentally" take money from your card and not refund it. This is now an addition to my comment, as the hotel wrote a counter-comment. In short - they are lying. Everyone paid the city tax when checking in, but since the reception staff insisted that it not be paid with the same card as the deposit and for that reason it was paid in cash. The amount was small per room, but we took 11 rooms. I stood at the reception the whole time and made sure that it was done by everyone in the group. I personally paid for the parking with a card and I have a receipt for it, as well as a receipt for the bar purchases and laundry services for one room. Just so everyone understands what happened - they took it as a payment of 500 euros when checking in and then looked for "reasons" not to refund it. I have never encountered anything like this before and I have stayed in hundreds of hotels in my life.
